Hi, my name is Blanca and I’m from Spain. I have just finished my degree in Graphic Design at EASD, the School of Design and Arts in Valencia, where I have been living for four years. I’m currently doing an Erasmus programme for three months at Digital Storm, where I will assist in the graphic design team.

The main reason why I came to England is to learn English, but I am also keen to learn how the professional world works and acquire experience in a foreign country. Furthermore, I would like to discover what part of graphic design interests me the most.

My main hobby is swimming. I have previously worked as a lifeguard and a swimming instructor in the summer. I’m also passionate about beauty and makeup. I like doing makeup because of my creative side.

Bournemouth is a beautiful place and in my time here I would like to visit Old Harry Rock and Lulworth Cove. I’m particularly looking forward to seeing the Christmas tree and all the illuminations that happen in Bournemouth at Christmas time.

I’m happy to have chosen this city, and Digital Storm with its friendly team, to undertake this adventure.

We are pleased that Blanca has chosen to intern with us, she has been working on some Digital Storm promotional items and will be learning both print and digital design under Oli’s instruction.

Blanca is already proving a great asset to the team.
