Metalweb are a leading UK metals stockholder and processor offering a range of services, from cutting and processing through to more complex and bespoke solutions. We were approached by their PR agency to develop internal communications for their staff. They wanted to ensure that all members of their organisation were working collaboratively towards a common goal.
Just like multi-channel customer communications, we advised that metalweb do the same to communicate with their staff - keeping them up to date with organisational changes, giving staff opportunities to raise issues and measuring staff satisfaction. As part of this, we developed a quarterly newsletter highlighting significant and successful stories. The newsletter was so well received that it was rolled out in an email format and transmitted to their customers.
